First of all, why would you want to return that? Surely you can find someone else to give it to? but we know some gifts are like

Do you ship nationally?

Absolutely. We'll send your bad decision to wherever you are - whether it's across the street or on the other side of the UK.

Can I collect my items from the store?

Of course, we are open Monday - Saturday and are situated inside the Kingsway Centre, Newport. When you're at the checkout, choose collection and you'll get the pleasure of meeting us.

Where is my order?​

 

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with tracking details (where available). Check your inbox — and your spam folder, just in case.

How long will my delivery take?

what if my order arrives damaged?​
